Update Complete...Kind Of

Welcome back, readers! By readers, of course I mean former students that continue to Google me, my friends that are my biggest cheerleaders, family, and the few random readers that found me while I continue to understand marketing and key word demographic jargon to enhance search results.

New name, New year, still the same me, but elevated. When I first started the Theatrics & Graphics brand, I was a fresh college grad with a BA in Theatre that had discovered I’m not too shabby at the whole graphic design thing. I still do both of those things, sort of. Unfortunately, participating in theatre has been a bit of a hiatus for now, but I have been enjoying my role as an audience member for many local productions. The thing is I do so much more. The name Theatrics & Graphics doesn’t reflect that I am also now an educator and a photographer. The name had me painted into a corner, but now the paint has dried, and I can expand my horizons.

Last year, I separated my photography into its own entity. Vivid & Vibrant Photography tells the colorful stories of the client and the world around us. We bring event coverage to life so that those albums are still something you love in 50 years. When you look back at a Vivid & Vibrant session, whether it be event coverage or portraits, you should be transported to the fun memories that got you there. Not hours of awkward poses. Breaking out into a separate world has done my photography a world of good. I am networking with like-minded professionals, building a brand from the ground up, and finding passion similar to when the theatre bug bit me all those years ago.

But what does that mean for my other passions? Do I niche ALL of them out and run 50+ wix sites? ABSOLUTELY...not. I am lucky I am getting the hang of this balancing act. I have juggled 2 main sites and subsites. In comes Flutter & Chirp Artistry, which acts as an umbrella to my portfolio and life as a whole. On this site and relevant social media, you will find links to my many side quests. Theatre projects, graphic design, Vivid & Vibrant, and also my educational pursuits (yes, I am on TPT). Maybe I'll even share some lifestyle blogs or my hunt for the perfect beverage. Why Flutter & Chirp? Well, that’s a story for another time. I appreciate your patience while I transfer everything over.
